UPDATE AT 4:20 P.M. (WZZM) -- Michigan State Police say they have recovered the body of a Saugatuck man last seen on Saturday.
A state police dive team recovered the body of Jeffrey Woodruff from the Kalamazoo River on Tuesday afternoon.
"We found the man we were looking for," a trooper told WZZM 13's Alex Shabad.
State police have not determined how Woodruff ended up in the river. A medical examiner will perform an autopsy as soon as tomorrow.
SAUGATUCK, Mich. (WZZM) - Michigan State Police are looking for a man last seen in Saugatuck Saturday night.
Jeffrey Woodruff, 25, was last seen Saturday night at about 11 p.m. in downtown Saugatuck. He was reported missing to police Monday night.
Police say there is no evidence of any foul play at this time. Michigan State Police boats have been checking the Kalamazoo River and a dive team is expected to help in the search. A MSP helicopter was also aiding in the search earlier.
