A new restaurant is opening in the space once occupied by The Forest Hills Inn on Cascade Road in Grand Rapids Township.

It's called Noco Provisions.

Developers say they will offer what they call, “an elevated take on regional American comfort food," with everything from burgers to a bone-in rib eye steak to fresh fish and fried chicken and all of it offered with a high level of service.

They say they want to be the go-to restaurant in the neighborhood.

“We find a lot of times the customers are going downtown,” says head chef Adam Watts. “We would like to catch them before they go downtown. Offer them an amazing experience with gracious hospitality and amazing food.”

Developers say Noco Provisions will fill the local dining gap left when Forest Hills Inn closed last year.

The new restaurant is scheduled to open in late July.
