A high-energy workout that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility with all of the fun of drumming and zero intimidation factor. Pariticipants can burn 600 – 800 calories in a session. It can be easily increased to challenge different fitness levels. There are also speciality programs for kids, seniors and those with special needs.
