Pie Crust to be Thankful For

We'll celebrate by teaching you to master an easy-to-make pie crust that you will roll, mix, and stretch for a beautiful custard pie, blue ribbon pecan pie, and an award-winning apple pie. You will head home with three full pies to share with your loved ones.

Well, in this class, our chef will teach you some tricks to make this holiday a lot easier. You will learn how to properly brine, carve, and roast a turkey, master gravy for those super creamy mashed potatoes, cook classic cranberry chutney, and prepare an easy stuf ng that's not soggy or boring.
