Chef Jamie Paquin teaches cooking classes at Kitchen 242 in Muskegon. Sunday, she and her daughter Mia joined Meredith in studio to make Giardiera, Italian pickled vegetables.

Chef Jamie says Giardiera is perfect served on an antipasti platter with hummus, bread, olives, pita, and various cheeses. It's also excellent on sandwiches.
