- Habits take time. People used to think it was just 21 days to develop a habit but we now know it takes over 200 days to really establish a long term habit.
- Accountability. We are three times more likely to stick WITH a habit when we have others holding us accountable. That's why we are such big fans of community and developing fitness friends in your journey.
- Pace of change. Many people try to rush the pace of change but we are much more successful if we just establish one big habit at a time, instead of feeling very overwhelmed.
