Here's a recipe for Game Day Sloppy Sliders, created by Gina Ferwerda.

2 lbs lean ground beef
1 red onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 ounce can tomato paste
1 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp adobo sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp ginger
Hamburger slider buns, split and lightly toasted

French onion dip
Shredded cheddar cheese

Over medium high heat, brown ground beef along with onions, peppers and garlic until meat is no longer pink. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients to the ground beef mixture and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve meat mixture on toasted buns.

Add shredded cheese or sliced cheese to the bottom bun, then add some sloppy joe mixture. Add some chips for a nice crunch followed by a dollop of french onion dip and finish with the bun top. This is how I eat my sloppy joe!
