  4. Mushrooms will become more popular due to their unique umami qualities. Look for them to be brined, roasted, smoked
  5. Assorted flours and sweeteners
  6. Root to stem cooking
  7. Oats in dishes and oatmeal for breakfast
  8. Powders, matcha, turmeric, cocoa
  9. Sparkling waters
  10. Non-alcoholic beverages
  11. Veg-centric cooking
  12. Whole, real ingredients
