I'm seeing a lot of Christmas-related things going on out there. Specifically, making sure as many people as possible have a Christmas. And, three different entities in the Walker area teamed up for that very purpose.

The Walker Police Department posted this picture to Facebook just this afternoon. They say that last week the Alpine Bed Bath and Beyond donated a bunch of stuffed teddy bears to the department. But, that donation came with a challenge. Bed, Bath and Beyond asked Walker Police to find those bears worthy homes.

Walker PD turned to Rivertown Family Chiropractic who is partnering with the charity, "More-Self-Less" to fill 100 stockings for needy families this holiday season.

I love this. "One place says, we got these bears? What are we going to do with them?" Another group says, we'll take em. Then, two other places say, we'll make sure kids get em for Christmas. Fantastic. Alpine Bed, Bath and Beyond, Walker PD, Rivertown Family Chiropractic, and "More-Self-Less" all get today's "One Good Thing."
