That's why in this week's Senior Wellness, we are exploring a program that increases, not only your physical strength, but mental sharpness as well.

Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday at Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan from 9:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m.
A free class is being held on July 19, 2016 at 9:30a.m. at Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan (3215 Eaglecrest Drive NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525).
