A nonprofit focused on helping the city’s homeless population has named its new executive director.
Grand Rapids-based Heartside Ministry said last month it is “pleased to welcome” Tendai Masiriri to the position.
Masiriri brings expertise in the areas of program development, evaluation and operations to the role.
“I am here for the same reasons most people join Heartside Ministry: to build onto a history of great success in empowering individuals, families and the Heartside community,” Masiriri said.
