GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Start Garden announced the 100 business ideas that were selected to each recieve $1,000 and will compete for an additional $20,000 in July.
The 100 individuals will have the opportunity to be one of 10 ideas chosen to receive money to launch their business idea at the July 10 Demo Day. All of the individuals will make the case for why their idea should be granted additional funding.
The top ideas were selected from the 100 Ideas Initiative, in which anyone could submit a 100 second pitch to be chosen for the competition. More than 600 ideas were submitted to the initiative.
