A hearing was held Wednesday for Andrew Hudson. The man accused in the death of Ana Carrillo.
The preliminary examination scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday did not start until after 5 p.m. as police searched for Carrillo near Johnson Park in Walker. Hudson is her ex-boyfriend.
At the hearing Hudson's brother testified saying Andrew told him, "if they find the body I'm f-----."
There was also testimony from Wyoming police about blood found in Andrew's basement.
Hudson was taken to the area of Johnson Park and the Grand River to assist police searching for Carrillo's body.
Officials said they expect to continue the search near Johnson Park Thursday morning.
