If you thought the Grand Rapids Griffins' Calder Cup Championship celebration ended with that parade and rally at Rosa Parks Circle, think again.

The Griffins will be celebrating throughout the offseason with a brand new sign going up outside Van Andel Arena.

We were there when crews from Fast Signs began pulling down the 2017 Playoffs logo around 6 a.m. on Monday, June 19 and putting up the new Calder Cup Champions sign.

The 2017-2018 season schedule has not been released yet but the puck typically drops for the first time in mid-October.
