If you haven't made it down to ArtPrize yet this weekend is your last chance to do so! And if you are bringing your family, a stop at the STEAM Village at the HUB HQ on Sheldon Ave. is a great place to make some memories...and some art.

The Weekend Morning News team decided to put their creative skills to the test at the Tinkering Station with the help of a special guest, Meredith's daughter, baby Meryn Grace. Each member of the team took on a different project.

Weekend morning news anchor Meredith and daughter Meryn used the ArtBot to create an abstract design. Producer Mackenzie Thaden used a spirograph and colored pencils to create a whimsical self-portrait. Producer Rhonda Ross used rubber bands at the geo board to create one of her favorite logos, while meteorologist Laura Hartman used up-cycled materials to create a sculpture of a snowman.

The STEAM Village Tinkering Station at the HUB HQ is open from 11AM to 6PM on Saturday and Sunday. Click here for more information.
