A home was peppered with bullet holes Sunday afternoon, and police are trying to figure out who fired the shots.

Police are in the neighborhood of Alpine Avenue and 12th Street NW, where officers were called to a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, they found a home hit with "a couple" of bullets, a Grand Rapids police lieutenant said.

It's believed no person was hit.

The shooting happened just before 4:50 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2.

Two suspect vehicles are being sought by police, but no descriptions are available.
