The Mitten Brewing Company is celebrating their five year anniversary this week. In celebration, the company is having its first ever can run.

Owners Max Trierweiler and Chris Andrus have brought in a new canning line and will start off with a limited run of 5,000 cans of Peanuts and Crackerjack Porter. The beer is a sweet, robust porter made with real roasted peanuts and peanut butter from Detroitʼs Germack Pistachio Company. The Mitten Brewing Company favorite is 6.0% ABV.

The 12 ounce cans will be packaged right on sight, and will be available for sale starting at 11:30 a.m. November 13. They will be sold in 4 packs for $9.99. Customers will be limited to 4 of the packs, and the first 100 customers will get a free Mitten Brewing Company koozie.

Also available this week are some of the brew-pub's top-voted pizza specials, and $5 off their Pizza Flights all week long.
