A missing Detroit girl is safe after police issued an Amber Alert for her earlier Tuesday. Police have not said where the girl, 11 month old Savanna Rayford, was found.

WXYZ in Detroit reports the Alert was issued after her biological mother Markita Dupree, took her as the baby's foster mother was driving the two of them to a doctor's appointment, when Dupree asked to be dropped off around 3:00 p.m..

Police say Dupree went to kiss the baby, before she grabbed her and ran away.
