A local law professor says Donald Trump would set a precedent in appointing a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary Clinton -- if he's elected president.

Devin Schindler, a Constitutional law professor at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School says no president has ever sought the use of a special prosecutor to investigate a political rival.

Schindler discussed this issue, and who Trump and Clinton want to appoint to the U.S. Supreme Court, in an interview with WZZM 13's Juliet Dragos.
