President Trump is accusing his predecessor of having Trump Tower "wire-tapped" during the recent campaign. FBI director James Comey is apparently trying to get to the Justice Department to state "publicly" that those claims are "not" true. It is a situation that is raising many legal questions about presidential and federal powers.
