There will be dueling rallies in downtown Grand Rapids Saturday, March 4, by people who support, and oppose, President Trump.

Critics of the President are planning to hold their March 4 America protest, beginning at 1:30 p.m. at Rosa Parks Circle.

Organizers say it will be a patriotic event, aimed at sharing their love of the country while voicing their opposition to the president. It will also include a march through Grand Rapids, ending at Van Andel Arena.

The president's supporters will hold the March 4 Trump rally, which is beginning at 2 p.m. at Calder Plaza.

The rally is part of a nationwide show of support for the president, with other Michigan rallies planned in Lansing and the Detroit area.
