UPDATE: John Allen Redaway, 45, and Allan Craig Troeger Jr., 26, have been charged for their involvement in the shooting. Redaway is facing charges related to shooting the woman and injuring her, and Troeger is charged with possessing a firearm as a felon.
ALLEGAN COUNTY, Mich. - A woman in Allegan County was transported to the hospital on Tuesday afternoon because of a gunshot wound.
Deputies from the Allegan County Sheriff's Office and troopers from Michigan State Police arrived to the scene and found the victim.
She is listed in serious condition.
Detectives and evidence technicians are still processing the evidence from the scene, and there is a suspect in custody related to the incident.
