The Muskegon Catholic Central Crusaders are playing with confidence. And they should be. Their last loss came nearly a calendar year ago on Oct. 16, 2016.

MCC didn't waste any time jumping all over Hesperia. The Panthers made the nearly hour long trip down from Oceana County for the first meeting between these schools since 2004.

After jumping out to a 21-0 lead, Catholic Central would come up with the win 48-7.

Hesperia will now need to beat winless Shelby next week to finish with a 5-4 record and hope their names are called on Selection Sunday.
