Mona Shores came into play tonight at 4-4 on the season. In the State of Michigan teams generally need six wins to get into the playoffs, but sometimes five win teams do sneak in.

The Sailors led 28-14 at the half and picked right up where they left off in the first half. Dee Davis took a score to the house for Mona Shores which put the Sailors up 34-14.

Later, Marcus Collins recovered a fumble in the endzone for pay-dirt, that score put Mona Shores up 41-14 and that would be the final.

The Sailors move to 5-4 and still have a chance of making it into the post-season. Fruitport falls to 3-6.
