Grand Rapids Catholic Central came into their Class B quarterfinal game as one of the hottest teams in the state with 24 wins in a row. The 12th win in that streak came over defending state champ Marshall in late January and Tuesday night the Redhawks got their revenge, winning 49-27.

Redhawks senior Nikki Tucker scored a season-high 26 points, scoring 13 points in the first half, as Marshall held a 23-9 lead.

Shaniya Huggins scored 10 points for the Cougars.

Marshall will face No. 1 ranked Detroit Country Day in the semifinals Friday at 6 p.m. at the Breslin Center in East Lansing.
