Manufacturing designers and IT professionals are coming together in West Michigan this week to learn about how new software can transform their company's work flow.
The annual CET Designer User Conference is at DeVos Place Tuesday and Wednesday.
More than 300 leaders in contract furniture manufacturing, IT and interior design will meet creative people, learn new ideas and become inspired.
It's hosted by Swedish company Configura. The software company has been in Grand Rapids for 10 years and call it their second home town.
This year's keynote speaker is Laura Guido-Clark. She is the founder of Project Color Corps, a nonprofit organization dedicated to painting urban neighborhoods with color and pattern to convey messages of hope.
