MDOT is looking for people to help them keep an eye on the roads during the winter.

The agency wants Road Watchers to report on winter highway conditions in Allegan, Ionia, Kent, Montcalm, Muskegon, and Ottawa counties.

According to MDOT, participation in the surveys is completely voluntary.

MDot will use that information to improve winter maintenance. For information on how to volunteer, click here.

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is looking for motorists who would be interested in volunteering as a “Road Watcher.”
