MidiCi Holland to open in December

HOLLAND, MICH. - MidiCi: the Neapolitan Pizza Company, an authentic Neapolitan restaurant brand with a mission to bring friends together, has announced its newest location to open this December in Holland as part of the recently redeveloped Shops at Westshore.

Lisa and Zachrey Hartt of Grand Rapids were inspired to bring the franchise to West Michigan after experiencing the flagship location in Sherman Oaks, California.

“From the moment we stepped foot in MidiCi, we fell in love with the concept – from the food, to the people and ambiance, to the very values of the brand, it was just the right fit,” said franchisee, Lisa Hartt in a press release. “We know the quality food and inviting atmosphere is something people in West Michigan will enjoy. Once they get a chance to try it themselves, they’ll want to return and create lasting memories with their friends.”

Construction is nearly complete on the 3600 square-foot restaurant and hiring is underway for more than thirty open positions. Applications are available online at http://www.mymidici.com/apply-holland.

MidiCi serves traditional Neapolitan cuisine with fresh, natural, non-GMO ingredients.

The menu features traditional and signature selections and personalized Neapolitan pizzas cooked in an open, center-staged kitchen. Hand-crafted by acclaimed Los Angeles-based restaurateurs and chefs Peppe Miele and Mario Vollera, the menu also offers gourmet appetizers, artisan burrats, non-GMO quality salads, and a variety of quality craft beers and wines.

MidiCi provides pizza lovers with an upscale dining atmosphere, designed by acclaimed hotel and restaurant architect and designer Sam Marshall, while maintaining the ease and affordability of a casual restaurant concept.

MidiCi Holland is expected to open mid-December.
