Second Dance Bridal & Formal Consignment helps you save a buck this prom season

Consignment store working to lower prom costs

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - Prom can get out of hand quickly when it comes to your bank account. Stephanie Howard wanted to do something about that.

She opened Second Dance Bridal & Formal Consignment in 2014 to give West Michigan another way to shop for formal attire. Her merchandise ranges in color, sizes, patterns and styles.

Although she has a few brand new dresses in store, she specializes in dresses that need a second chance.

Most prom, or formal, dresses are worn one time and put away in a closet collecting dust.

Howard takes your formal attire, prices it according to the retail price and pays you when your dress sells. Not only can you find a beautiful dress at a fraction of the retail price, but you can also make money by selling gently used dresses and accessories.
