Antique Apples Book

At Fulton Street Farmers Market, we are delighted to have Dianne return with her newly published 'Antique Apples' book for a meet-and-greet, such a great time to crunch on a Michigan apples.

November 5 (Saturday) 9 a.m.-1 p.m. join the Fulton Street Farmers Market for a meet-and-greet with photographer Dianne Carroll Burdick as she signs her newly published book, "Antique Apples: From the Kilcherman's Christmas Cove Farm" (Arbutus Press 2016.) Priced at $25.

While at the Fulton Street market, 1145 E. Fulton St., scoop up our rare and unusual apples called by gorgeous names, such as Snow Sweet, Candy Crisp, Cameo, and Wolf River, an apple so ridiculously big, that it begs to be sliced into a deep-dish pie. Sure, your favorite varieties - Honeycrisp, Jonamac, Gala, Irared, Cortland, McIntosh, Paula Red, Northern Spy, Jonagold, and Fuji are represented, picked at their peak.
