TRAVERSE CITY, MICH. - Visitors making their way to Traverse City in July or August, may want to check out the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival!
It offers six weeks of competition: July 5–30 and Aug. 2–13 at Flintfields Horse Park.
The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival is not just for competitors -- there are activities for the whole family. Festival goers can visit during the week free of charge, but the main events take place on Sundays.
Tickets for each Sunday are priced at $10 for adults and $5 for kids, seniors and military.
