GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - Louise Earl Butcher in Grand Rapids will be offering the opportunity to learn the basic techniques of making sausage and how to develop recipes.
They will actually go through the process of preparing ingredients, grinding and making the mix, stuffing and twisting. Participants leave with a couple pounds of the sausages that are made.
