How to be Your Own Best Friend:

We need to stop doing comparisons that bring us down.  Avoiding using "downward comparisons". 

We see people who have one or a few things we are jealous of. Rather than looking at ourselves or them as a whole.  That would be much healthier. 

Our past and present should not suck us In.
