GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - The “Three Finger Juggler,” Neil Redding recently showcased his astounding juggling talents using surprising props like knifes and chainsaws at the Downtown Holland Street Performer Series.
Redding started performing as a juggler at the young age of 16. He spent the next 12 years performing professionally throughout England before making the move to the United States.
When Redding settled in West Michigan, he spent most of his time focusing on a regular job, until recently when his son, Peter Smedley, became a street performer. After watching his son master the art of juggling, Redding was energized and ready to start performing again.
This year, both Redding and Smedley performed as part of the Street Performer Series in Holland. While their shows differ from one another, both are family friendly shows with a touch of magic, thrills and lots of laughs.
