GRAND RAPIDS - Sous Chef Bryan Nader from Mercy Health Saint Marcy's wraps up our grocery shopping tour at Meijer. He brought along My West Michigan's Lauren Stanton and viewer Kara Dennings to give them advice, and today they hit the cereal aisle.
Bryan has these tips:
1. Look for cereal that's under 9 grams of sugar per serving
2. Some of the "healthiest" looking cereals have hidden sugar so it's important to read the labels
3. To help sweeten up your cereal try adding fresh fruit
