GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - Chef Jenna from Amore Trattoria Italiana joined the Weekend Morning team with a delicious recipe for Pumpkin Ravioli with Brown Butter and Sage. 

INGREDIENTS for PASTA:
2 cups of Flour
1/2 tsp sea Salt
3 large eggs

DIRECTIONS: 
Mix all ingredients and knead for 5 minutes then cover with Saran and let sit for 15 minutes
Roll out thin- Number 5 on your pasta machine

INGREDIENTS for FILLING:
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup grated grana padano
1/2 cup amaretti cookie crumbs

INGREDIENTS for SAUCE:
1/2 cup salted butter
5 fresh sage leaves
