Stress in children and how you can help

Kids and Stress

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - There are many unique stresses in the world that affect children. Concerned parents often don't know what to look for when it comes to stressors or behaviors that result from stress.

Fortunately, there are simple and innovative ways to identify and address stress in young people. Often, medications or antidepressants can ease symptoms, but there are also drug free techniques that can help manage and reduce stress.

Universal Health Solutions is taking part in a panel discussion at Aquinas College on March 28th on the topic of stress in children. After the discussion, the audience can ask questions of the presenters.

The free event begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Donnelly Center at Aquinas College.

You are asked to register before attending.
