Monday was another cold day across West Michigan with periods of snow leaving a blanket of 1-3" with isolated amounts up to 5". Temperatures climbed into the upper 20s to around 30° before falling behind a cold front.
Monday night will be mostly cloudy with lake-effect snow showers diminishing during the evening. Temperatures will be around 10° to mid 10s inland and mid 10s along the lakeshore. Winds will be west-southwest at 8-16 mph, diminishing to 7-14 mph inland and west at 15-25 mph, diminishing to 10-20 mph along the lakeshore. Wind chills will be around 3 to -2°.
