GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) -- Rock acts Daughtry and Lifehouse will perform on day two of Rock the Rapids music festival, the festival sponsor announced Thursday.
Daughtry, lead by singer-songwriter Chris Daughtry, has sold over 6.7 million albums and the group is currently working on a fourth album. Lifehouse has sold over 15 million albums and its hit, "Hanging on by a Moment" spent 20 weeks on the top 10.
The two groups will be performing live on the Auto Value Main Stage on Wednesday, Aug. 21. The festival runs from Aug. 20-22 at Fifth Third Ballpark in Comstock Park.
ZZ Top and Kenny Wayne Shepherd will perform on August 22. Other acts will be announced in coming weeks.
