Fall Burgers

1) Pumpkin BBQ Turkey Burger

  • Ground turkey (two patties, lean, 7 oz.)
  • Pumpkin BBQ sauce
  • Swiss cheese
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Marinated red onions
  • Fresh sweet peppers
  • Brioche bun

2) No Joke Artichoke Turkey Burger

  • Ground turkey (two patties, lean, 7 oz.)
  • Smoked Gouda cheese
  • Fresh romaine
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sautéed onions
  • Spicy artichoke dip
  • Honey wheat bun

Tips:

  • Use only the freshest ground Michigan turkey.
  • Never over cook. Do not press the turkey while on the grill, it will dry the meat out. Cook to 165 degrees F for 15 seconds.
  • Ensure cheese is fully sweated to release the full flavor.
  • Toppings should be crisp and fresh.
  • The sweeter the red onions the better.
  • Lightly sauté onions to maintain a slight stiffness.
  • Sweet peppers should be par cooked and vibrant.
  • Any fire roasted red peppers will suffice.
