Grand Rapids, Mich. (WZZM)--Now that summer is coming to an end, Rick Vuyst says it's time to start thinking about next year's flowers.

Rick recommends dropping bulbs into the ground now and if you plant them correctly, then they will return year after year.  Rick also says you should plant your bulbs at least three times as deep as the bulbs are tall and put them in well drained soil.

Also, it's not necessary to plant your bulbs in a balanced, orderly fashion.
