Michigan Fried Bologna Sandwich (Will Make on Air but Only Have to Use the Stove to Pan Sear the Bologna)
Ebel's Farm Bologna (Falmouth MI) Pan Fried with Melted Swiss Cheese, Maple Mustard Slaw, Crisp Onion Straws & Mrs. Dogs Mustard on a Sesame Seed Bun with Sweet Pickle Potato Salad
Fried Bologna Recipe
-8oz Slice seared in a sauté pan with oil then add 3oz of Swiss Cheese and Melt.
-Toast 1 Sesame Seed Bun bushed with Butter
-Maple Mustard Slaw-Maple Syrup, Wholegrain Mustard, Cayenne Pepper, Brown Sugar simmered in a sauce pot for 15 minutes until thick
-Fried onion Straws-Slice Onions Paper thin, soak in milk for 12 hours, drain milk, toss in seasoned flour and fry at 350 until crisp.
-Place Bologna with Melted Swiss on bottom of toasted bun, top with 6floz of Maple Mustard Slaw then 6floz of Fried Onion Straws, drizzle with a squeeze bottle 2floz of Mrs. Dogs Mustard and put on top bun. Serve hot!!!!
