Watermelon Lemonade

Talk about a refreshing summer drink. Try mixing watermelon with lemonade for a super taste combo that will quench any thirst.
Ingredients
• 2 cups diced watermelon
• 2 cups pink lemonade
• 2 cups ice
• 6 sprigs mint
Instructions
In a large blender or food processor pulse watermelon, lemonade and ice until smooth. Pour watermelon lemonade in six individual glasses and top with a sprig of fresh mint. Cheers!
Watermelon Arugula Salad

Try this easy summer salad for a refreshing twist on watermelon.. Sweet, savory and delicious
Ingredients
• 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
• 6 oz crumbled feta cheese
• 4 cups baby arugula
• ½ medium red onion
• 1 medium watermelon, rind removed and diced
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 small shallot fine diced
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl toss watermelon, arugula, onion and feta. Make dressing by whisking olive oil, vinegar and honey together. Mix in shallots and salt and pepper to taste. Toss dressing with salad and serve.
Grilled Flank Steak with Watermelon Peach Salsa

Watermelon in summer's little treat. Try using it in different applications outside of dessert and discover it's delicious diversity.
Ingredients
• 3 lb flank steaks
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• ? cup diced red onion
• ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 2 cups seeded and diced watermelon
• 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
• 2 teaspoons lime zest
• 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
• 1 cup diced peach
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Stir together first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; let stand 15 minutes. Use immediately or cover and chill up to 24 hours. Pre-heat grill to medium hi heat. Rub steaks with olive oil and salt and pepper. Let steaks get to room temperature before grilling...about 20 minutes. Grill steaks on an oiled rack set 5 to 6 inches over heat turning once, about 6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice steaks diagonally across the grain. Plate steak and top with watermelon salsa.
