Brown Sugar Glazed Alaskan Salmon
1 fillet of salmon
course ground pepper
Coat salmon with olive oil,season, and coat with brown sugar. Set grill for medium heat. Place fillet skin side down and grill for 12-15 minutes. When the thickest part of the fillet starts to bead white, the fillet is done.
