Largest dog wash for Gilda's Club

COMSTOCK PARK, MICH. - Tails are wagging at Fifth Third Ballpark!

That is because the 15th Annual World's Largest Dog Wash is happening Sunday until 2PM. The event raises money to help support the children's cancer and grief program at Gilda's Club Grand Rapids.

The cost of the event is $10. With that amount dogs will receive a wash and towel dry, doggie bag, and information from area businesses and veterinarians.

There will also be contests and competitions such as "The Longest Ears," "Pet Trick" and "Dog/Owner Look-A-Like."

Pet contests will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with local celebrity judges.

Fifth Third Ballpark is located at 4500 W River Dr. NE in Comstock Park.

The game between the West Michigan Whitecaps and Lansing Lugnuts starts at 1 p.m.
