Kids Cook with their Hands
Children's e-cookbook author Jorge Sanchez shares the concept behind his ebook Kids Sense: Cooking With Their Hands. This cooking philosophy encourages kids to learn cooking techniques without the use of measuring tools. According to Chef Sanchez, you can develop a child's artistic attributes and avoid food aversions early on when they're taught to cook using their natural senses of smell, taste, touch, sound, and sight. A rare opportunity for parents and children with a progressive point of view on cooking.
