Sloppy Joes

(makes a lot)

3# Ground Beef

¼ of a Green Pepper-chopped fine

2 ½ cups Celery-chopped

1 ½ cups Onion-chopped

Saute and brown together. I use a potato masher to break up the ground beef so is it really broken up. Drain this mixture to get rid of any fat

Put the mixture back into the pan and add:

1 regular size Bottle of Catsup

1 can Tomato Paste (I think it is 6 oz)

2 heaping tablespoons Horseradish

2 ½ teaspoons Salt

2 ½ teaspoons Dry Mustard

Cook over med heat, stirring frequently, so as not to burn/scorch it. When completely heated through, serve on warm hamburger buns.

(This could also be put into a slow cooker once it is made to keep warm)

This would make a great dish for Super Bowl that is coming up soon.
