6 oz BISTRO STK - SEASONED WITH CANADIAN STK SESONING AND COOKED TO ORDER

1 CHILLED ROUND PLATE 

4 oz ICEBERG/ROMAINE MIX • PLACE ON CHILLED PLATE

2 oz SPRING MIX • PLACE OVER TOP OF ICEBERG BLEND, FAN STK OUT AND PLACE OVER LETTUCE

2 oz BLEU CHEESE • PLACE ON TOP OF STK

2 oz HAYSTACK ONIONS • PLACE OVER LETTUCE AND BOTTOM ¼ OF STEAK

¼ oz CHOPPED PARSLEY • SPRINKLE OVER TOP GARNISH

2 oz DICED TOMATOES • SPRINKLE AROUND THE BORDER OR THE PLATE

3 oz PARMESAN/PEPPERCORN DRESSING • PLACE ON THE SIDE OF THE DISH

1 CHILLED FORK • PLACE IN THE SIDE OF THE SALAD AND SERVE
