"New Orleans" Spicy Creole Sauce (for Wings)
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
¼ Cup Light Lager Beer
1 Cup Marinara
2 Cups Franks Red Hot Sauce
¼ Cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1.Combine butter, onion and garlic in medium saucepan. Cook on medium-low for appx. 3-4 minutes.
2.Remove saucepan away from flame and pour beer into pan. Return saucepan to stovetop and simmer on medium-low for 3 minutes or until liquid is reduced in half.
3.Add marinara, hot sauce and dijon mustard to saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes on medium-low.
4.Pour sauce liberally over freshly cooked wings and serve.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
¾ Pound Cream Cheese
1 Pound Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
¼ Cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1 Cup Ranch Dressing
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1. Slice cream cheese into 1" slices and place in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 1 ½ minutes or until soft.
2. Add hot sauce and Ranch dressing to mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth.
3. Bake chicken breasts in oven at 350°F until fully cooked. Dice chicken into 1/4" X 1/4" pieces and add to mixing bowl with cream cheese mixture.
4. Mix all ingredients and place in medium casserole dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake in oven for 7 minutes at 350°F. Serve and enjoy.
