(WZZM) - It is week number ten of our #13Fitin 015 Challenge and a key to getting and staying fit is healthy eating. But it can be difficult if you have busy schedules, or like to eat out or worse have a hard time eating before a workout.

MVP Sports Registered Dietitian Laura Jaksa talks with Alana, Jen and Val about these diet pitfalls and gives some tasty ideas on to manage meals.
